Our defensive line is just getting played with. NDSU must be extremely down this year for us to hold them to 7 points for most of the game. Youngstown might put up 40 on us.
3rd and 1-4 for every third down. Easy to convert those when you have faith in your line

We are in big trouble against the run this year. NDSU either had an awful game plan against us or their offensive line is much worse than YSU's and NDU's. Not sure how we combat this, as every MVFC team now has the book on how to beat the Salukis. Not sure how we compete against good run teams. Hard to outscore them when your offense is off the field for 80% of the game!

The guy on the broadcast has called us Southern Illi-NOISE every single time. Never understood how someone could not know the S is silent. Meanwhile the play by play guy says it correctly every time and there’s no change. Lol

I noticed that too, and found it very anoysing. Just makes the guy seem ignorant. Maybe there will be a halftime adjustment in the announcer's booth. Stay tuned.
