Is NH trying to run up the score? Don't think I would be going for it at 4th and 5 with a fr. QB.
Especially when the game is way over!

Our D is bad enough that Indiana State and Murray might not be pushovers. We are historically bad. NDSU and SDSU might beat us by 70.
I've wondered for weeks why we are ranked. Might not be next week (and certainly shouldn't be.)

We're not even a volleyball school anymore! Lost at home to Bradley and the Redturds this weekend!
Sad!!!!

Yet I got ridiculed for saying it. We are really bad. Sorry, guys. And now it looks like we're out of QBs. Bring on Basketball Season, please.
The team, as constructed before yesterday’s game wasn’t going to finish last. Right now, I still don’t think they will, but we are on our 3rd string Qb, 3rd string RB, down 2 starting lineman on offense, 3rd string TE…not many teams at this level can withstand that many injuries and still compete. That’s just on offense. I can’t remember a team hit this hard by injuries. The only position group without long term injuries on offense is the WR group, but they’ve had issues game to game.
I hate using injuries as an excuse, but it’s getting to the point where it’s hard to ignore. Looking back at the UIW game when we were relatively healthy, that group was playing pretty good football and I think looked like a playoff team. I hope next year they get/stay healthy and show everyone what they can do.
@siu_2011 100%. Feel bad for the entire group. This team looked poised for a big year before injuries devastated them. The fans on here moving on to basketball, go ahead, how’s that been working out even with a healthy team? I will be at the rest of the football games cheering on these young men who will be busting their ass this week knowing it will probably be ugly vs NDSU. Nothing more embarrassing than listing to drunk siu fans behind the bench yelling insults towards the team and coaches. Hope those fans stay home or go get ready for basketball.
I agree that the injuries are unfortunate. This team is better than their record will show at the end of the year.
I’m most disappointed in the defense. Illinois St got what they wanted yesterday. I was high on Antonio James last year; not sure if this year should be on him or the personnel.
But, anyway - oh well. These years happen and Hill has certainly earned the right to have one here or there.

That’s too bad, although maybe it’s better than a ligament tear. I wonder what the timeline on his return is projected to be.
Injuries on offense aren't the only ones Dline linebacker and Dbs are also hit hard but what concerns me is the lack of improvement of line play on both sides of the ball I don't believe it is a scheme problem but the o line at times is like a sieve hard to get a running game going with no blocking it seems the last couple of years with a couple of coaching changes line play hasn't been improving and special teams which is 1/3 of game planning has been going backwards we leave to many points off the board with bad snaps bad holds and misses not to mention bad coverage at times and no change of field position also this team has to be more disciplined and correct some of the stupid and unnecessary penalties
