Didn't follow spring ball much, but as far as I can tell, the QB position for this season is between a 5-8 freshman and a JUCO transfer who didn't seem to play very well in the spring. I'm open to being talked off the ledge, but that doesn't sound like a recipe for success in a critical year for Hill.

The 5-8 freshman is a stud if he was 6-2 he would be in the big ten

Hope so. Size aside, it’s a pretty tough ask for a freshman QB to lead a team to success in our league.

I agree.  Karé Lyles will be the starting qb primarily due to his being on Wisconsin for a season and has a season of starting at a juco under his belt.  Nic Baker will, most likely, be the dawgs qb sometime in the future.  If you read between the lines of Nick's 'coach speak', Nic Baker has those intangibles that impress all coaches.

I'm not sayin' -- I'm just sayin'!
