100% agree with you on the ST coach. The special teams have been terrible for the last two years, so much so that they have cost us games!
Damn, Middleton was on pace to be a star in Hill’s offense. I guess he thinks he can command more money elsewhere?

They have to change that transfer rule - make players sign a contract. With free agency every year, it's just a chaotic money game.
Middleton appeared to have a lot of talent at RB and receiver. That hurts.
Guys like Vinson Davis who transfer every year are going to have a hard time getting that college degree, if they even care.
@mr_woogers I don’t think these kids care. The idea is to try and get some NIL money, get as much exposure as possible, and try to make The League. Unfortunately that is a HUGE oversight on their part, understanding that most will have to move on to the working world.😤
Probably right, but the coach should give them a reality check about the degree thing. Most schools require so many hours in residence to get a degree.
So we have a new D-Line coach…feels odd having that hire made before a d-coordinator, unless they’ve already locked that up and not made an announcement. Don’t imagine a ton of coordinators like having zero input on their position coaches. Maybe a promotion from within.

Nothing posted from SIU, just found while looking at the recruits posting on X. My assumption is LM will eventually have an end of season interview where they will discuss a lot of this. He’s pretty busy with basketball and I assume Hill doesn’t want to do the interview right now b/c of recruiting and the hiring process.
And the changes keep coming.
I would imagine that this is a nice pay raise for Coach Rolan, and well deserved. SIU @ Wisconsin in three years. Interesting. Apparently it must be Coach Hills final year of contract next Fall. Folks are leaving.
