Thank you kindly 2011 for doing this. Seems as though SIU is becoming a JUCO for some of these players. 2 years to improve, show off your skills, and look to move onto a bigger payday. So much for a college degree being the focus. Live for the moment.

I would love to hear someone transferring say “I have no loyalty and do not care about my coaches and teammates, therefore I am entering the portal. Also, whoever I cheated on playing time or getting a scholarship, I don’t care about you either.”
I get tired of these guys with the thanking the coaches, the school, and their teammates for all that was done for them before they leave. Just go and be done with it.

Hard to fault him…nice payday regardless of playing time. Something we just can’t offer. I expected him to leave…all the other WRs is a bit of a surprise. They aren’t getting big time offers yet, so I guess there is still time.

He might get some mid-tier FBS, but had he waited another year, I think he could have gotten some bigger offers IF he played like he did last year.
Wonder how Hill & Co. are doing in the transfer portal. They have to recruit a brand new group of WR’s and RB’s.
