I have never seen two lines get so thoroughly dominated. Why haven’t we run any bubble screens or something to get a few yards on 1st down instead of dropping Baker straight back with little time to throw the ball and have him run for his life. You would think we were playing NDSU of years past. Absolute joke of an effort to day. At least the D settled down a bit…who knows how long they last.
Have to punt there on 4th and 9. Now the game is really over.
going for it on 4th and 9? Ridiculous.
Looks like SIU gets the fumble recovery. Keeps them alive for now. This is why you punt, especially with the rain coming down.

NH has never been a great play caller - this game worse than most. Has done nothing to counteract that pass rush tonight. Just sameole sameole. Our lines have been D2/D3 tonight except for that goal line stand.
And there are way better teams coming up on the schedule!!
This line is just letting them run right though.
12:05 left and SIU has 104 total yards on offense
Going for it on 4th and 6 from your own 19! Nope!!
@mr_woogers Back to Back stupid decisions....less likely other teams will want him
Baker had Hartrup wide open over the middle and instead threw into double coverage! Defense has stepped up in the 2nd half, but offense is even worse!
Sure looks like another season on the playoff bubble
I would hold Benefield and Elliott out next week if they are borderline as we should still beat Murray. If Elliott isn't back for SDSU it may end up the biggest route in years!Sure looks like another season on the playoff bubble
7 sacks on Nic Baker, SIU is at 102 total yards. This has got to be close to some kind of lowly record for them.

With our line, Tom Koutsos wouldn't help us. SDSU will eat our oline up.

Rushing numbers going backwards - down to 8!!
