O looking good in every facet. Not sure SIU has ever had this kind of depth at receiver. Don't think Jeron Collins or Lenoir have even played yet.

Was just about to ask why SIU was punting on 4th and inches and then SEMO muffs the punt and SIU gets it on the SEMO 35.  Everything is coming up Salukis.

This is looking like we're going to see Stone at qb in the 4th quarter.

I'm not sayin' -- I'm just sayin'!

SIU gets the kick blocked and then Nic Baker, the holder, gets crushed.  Not sure how he didn't get a facemask penalty as his helmet came off.

Yeh NB doesn’t need to be running it up the middle from the 10 when we're up 28 - 7.

We go up one more score,, it'd be good to see our 2nd QB in this blowout, get him some reps.

Kinda glad to Baker make his point which some emphasis as to whether he is good enough to lead SIU at Quarterback. For all we know, Labonowitz may have done even better. But I find that very doubtful. I hope Stone Lab applauds Nic's efforts then goes and stands in front of a mirror and realizes that sometimes you just don't REALLY know the shit you thought you did.

As good as the offense has been, the defense has been just as great since the 2nd drive

I think the D has been pretty good today for sure...I hate seeing how many large chunk plays they've given up on the ground, but overall a really good performance. Baker has been lights out on offense. We've also struggled to run the ball a bit today (couple big runs not withstanding) and that may be partly because of how SEMO has played them, but we'll need to be more balanced moving forward.

All that said, LOVE how they've taken it to SEMO today.

Nic's been great. He's literally had all night to pick out a receiver and fire away, and he's done that with accuracy. Good arm. Our O line has been awesome.

Have no doubt if SL was in there, we'd be blowing SEMO out. Our receivers, other than Lenoir dropping 2 TD passes, have been great.

I don't think SEMO, other than Hess and Custis, is very good. Definitely not as good as last year.

Like to see Romeir and that new RB get some carries and new Stone at QB.

Baker throws a pick six off the WR's hands.  SEMO cuts the lead to 38-14 with 6:16 left.
