If you are a booster you can not talk to them about SIU. While a stupid rule it is still a rule
So if I send $2 to every university, I cannot talk to anyone? sounds like a good plan.
Sounds like the NCAA.
i knew of a kid who played quarterback and got 4 tires on loan from a tire shop for a few days before his mother could go pay for them. Kid had to sit for a half because it broke an NCAA rule.
Spoiler: his uncle owned the tire shop. Blood uncle. Mother's brother.
