Really wish these announcers would say the right team is winning! Tired of hearing “in favor of the Yotes” before a commercial.
It was more that a few times and I was wondering if I was getting the teams wrong! You would think #1, if you are announcing a playoff game you would know the correct mascot names and #2, his announcing partner would correct him during commercial breaks. Never seen anything so embarrassing from a professional commentator.

Wow! No words can describe the ineptitude. If it was a snafu on a FBS game there might be some repercussions from the Networks. As it is, FCS games are the Rodney Dangerfields of college football and probably nothing serious happens to those involved.

That being said, The Dawgs are going to have to play lights out against NDSU if they're going to have a shot. Yesterday's performance won't cut it against NDSU. Hill needs to find ways to keep Javon Williams in the game. Whether it be in the wildcat, running back, tight end, or wide receiver. If nothing else he has to be accounted for. I sincerely hope the guys on this team aren't satisfied after yesterday's win and want to go out and give NDSU hell this coming weekend.

If so, that would be too bad. He was good, and I would have liked for him to be the heir apparent for Reis, should Reis ever decide to retire. I'm certainly not advocating for a Reis retirement, but Connor would be a good replacement, should that ever happen.

He was doing the Illinois State-Murray State basketball game in Normal a few weeks ago. Haven't minded Noah Reed who has been doing the games.

Wouldn't bother me. Not a fan. Mike's sub who did the Alcorn game - think he does SIU women's bball - was excellent AND he likes SIU!
Hard to beat Mike Reis - loves SIU but not afraid to be honest. Perfect!
