Richmond is 3 - 2. Two wins against 1 - 5 Elon, one win against 1 -3 W&M. Got whipped today. No way in hades should they get in. I'll be mad as a rabid Saluki if they get in - s h i t resume. I don't think Hero sports did their homework.
I think the main thing against us is too many teams from the MVFC getting in. They won't want to let that happen. I think we have a better resume than MoSt but they beat us. No way they played as tough of an FCS schedule - Oklahoma is skewing that SOS number.
Mike asked NH if he thought we'd get in. He said he didn't know - thought for sure we'd get in last year but didn't. He did think we had a better resume than MoSt or Richmond.

Though I have to admit this: you could probably say that about the NCAA basketball tourney with selections and seedings weighted toward the big boys.

For sure. If 5 MVFC teams got in, a lot of teams out there would feel about us like we feel about the Big 10 during NCAA selection time.

I thought SIU was surely out last year. I think they have a better case this year but the small field is probably gonna keep them out. If they take 5 MVFC teams though, they'll be in, I just don't see it. But we'll see.
they have said for years that there is no conference quota. it doesnt matter that 4 of the 6 best remaining teams are in one conference. they are supposed to take the 6 best.
hero sports is laughable putting kennesaw and murray ahead of us. they obviously put almost no research in to it.
