I still have yet to see a replica of the football new logo helmet. Schutt used to do them but hasn’t since the Black with “Salukis” on the side. Anyone know someone who does custom replicas?
It seems merchandise has been sorely lacking since 710 closed. Someone needs to open up a competitor to the bookstore. It’s absurd that a college the size of SIU doesn’t have an independent merchandise retailer in town.
I've been looking for one too... Really disappointing they can't be found anywhere. I ended up buying one of the black ones from like 2010. I got that one signed by Chinn during a signing last December, and a GA from the Athletic Department asked me where I got the helmet. I responded and asked where are the new helmets for purchase... no luck on that.
