The new AAF is actually starting next spring. Deondre Barnett has been signed by Orlando as a LB. He played DE for us after transferring from UCF. So far, he's the only Saluki on the list. There are 8 franchises. Each player will receive a three-year, $250,000 contract with medical benefits and an "out clause" to go to the NFL. Good luck to Deondre.

AAF folded(after not being able to make week 1 payroll, they struggled along, although Vince McMahon is ready with the XFL.
Although the first XFL player to be fined $20,000 for pouring the Gatorade bottle on someone, due to all the drugs in the mix might be a hard price to pay.
