Massey has MoSt (6-2, 4-0) by a touchdown.

Go Dawgs!

I stopped following the MVFC a few weeks ago after SIU was clearly going to have a down year.

I’m really surprised MSU is 4-0 in conference.

Ryan Beard appears to have been a good hire. I wonder how they’ll translate to Conference USA next year.

Betting apps have Missouri State favored by 13.5 and I'd probably take MSU

If the dawgs don't find a little offense this is going to be a blowout and a shutout.

Fake field goal TD.  That's fun!

This team looks like they’ve given up.

Curry really looking like a Freshman today.

Not a good day passing but he’s using his legs.  Just got a touchdown on the ground

Yeah his legs have been fine, but my goodness he’s missed A TON of open throws.

Surprised Lindauer didn't play more.

The kid that should get a lot more touches IMO is Jimmy Athans. That kid is tough to tackle and runs likes a fireplug. Had the best run of the day. Reminded me a bit of Tommy Koustos on that run.

Sure would like to see us beat Youngstown next week and I think we can, but we're going to need more Lindauer and Athans I think.

A season to forget. Regroup and get healthy for next year.

Hill will turn this around.

@mr_woogers why would lindauer play at all?  He was activated to be insurance and hasn’t shown anything, other than a long run where he fumbled.  And apparently the inept offensive coordinator can’t decide and Nick Hill won’t run the show. Curry was all-state in Illinois’ largest class.  He can play.  But he can’t play with confidence if lindauer has to come in every other series or set of plays.  Show some confidence…he’s going to be around for a while and, contrary to most/all posters, he’s got more upside than D. J. Williams, who has never been a winner.  Get some sane coaching and it might get better.

I agree!  Hill will get this turned around.  He may need to make some coaching changes and obviously manage the damn portal.  In addition to getting guys healthy you always have to be on the look out for talent upgrades.  There’s some work to do to get things back on track.

DJ is QB1 and the future as long as he is at SIU. That was obvious watching him play.
Curry and Lindauer played good football at ISU and bad football at MSU.
