100 % agree. Game 1 to game 2 is when you see the most improvement from a team. I absolutely believe that we'll be much better vs APU.

Looking at our schedule, even though we are rebuilding, I think we have a very good chance of making the playoffs. We have some talent and should improve a lot. 1st win next week!

Yeah I'm not sure why folks are acting like it's over after this. It was certainly disappointing, but I think this week will be a lot more telling. If we struggle again this week, then maybe there needs to be a re-calibration of expectations.
I didn't expect an MVFC championship this year (or even really being in position to win it), but I do think they can win enough games to get in the playoffs. That sentiment hasn't changed for me.
Yea saying this is a transition year because of a 28 point loss to a Big 12 team is ridiculous. I just don’t get people.
It is Definitely a rebuilding year when you lose a boatload of multi year starters at QB/WR/RB/Dline/Kicker/Secondary.
I doubt we'll be beating NDSU or SDSU (few teams will), but it doesn't mean we can't make the playoffs. Think we still have a good shot at at least 7 wins if we can avoid giving victories to Youngstown or Mo State or SEMO like we sometimes have in the past.
I expect us to improve a lot and doubt we'll face a Dline like BYU's..other than maybe NDSU and SDSU.
I really like what I saw from DJW. Also think Lewis can be a very good MVFC receiver for us. Concerned about our secondary and especially our RBs. Should know a lot more the next couple of weeks.
