Do we even need to fill that position? We needed one in the 90s with high enrollment but there have been so many extra high tier staff added since enrollment started dropping, we ought to be able to get by with this spot left open OR at least dump the extra staff if we must fill it.

Yes really. We're in a really tough spot living on the fact we're diverting funds from e is the only thing keeping us afloat. Its time to roll back staff to what we had back in the good ole days of high enrollment.
