Barry has more power than some on here are saying to strengthen the schedule than some are saying. In the end, excuses are just that, excuses.
Add a November 27 date to the schedule @ Colorado State. Our last trip to Ft. Collins under Weber was a flaming disaster.

They didn't do us any favors with this pairing. CSU was 10-21 last season and finished with an RPI of 234. The Larry Eustachy era didn't end pleasantly there, but I doubt that is a shock to anyone. I think they have quite a few returning players, but not a good draw for the schedule.

Hinson cried to the Valley for Colorado State because he claimed it was the only team that would work for the Vegas trip - but we all know why he really wanted Colorado State.

Who were they wanting us to play? We play in the Vegas Tournament November 22-23--probably against Nevada Nov. 23---SO that's going to be a long road trip, either staying in the west for the Nov. 27 game with CSU or having to fly back three days later for that game.
I'm just passing along what actually happened. It's not a coincidence the 2nd place Valley team got a basement dweller in the challenge.
