He played 21 minutes per game for green bay, just fyi. Only one player on their entire team played more than 26 per game because they played with a true 11 man rotation. The man is a three point shooter, shooting nearly 40% from three is very good. I don't care what conference you're in.@quatroschallengesaluki in 7 minutes per game at Siu he scored 2.6 points a game.
in 30 minutes a game at Green Bay he averaged 7.6 ppg. I’d like us to reach higher than a three point shooter not even cracking 8 points in 30 min
in the horizon league
No thanks on Wonders or Ebube. Those ships have sailed. And what are you guys smoking wanting to play Hensley at the 5 when we now have THREE legit Centers??

dunkle being full of shi-? Shocker.

Depends what you mean by legit? Neither have had any success or experience at the D1 level, so it’s very much an open question for all of them.
And if Hensley is playing a bunch of minutes at the 4, the playing time crunch will be intense for some guys who need to be on the floor.
Hard pass on Wonders. He wouldn't play on this team. Not over Dibba, Mayo, Steffe, etc
@salukifan32 name a player other than Johnson Davis or ebube that would challenge lol. Hell brown and Troy would probably play as much as cross cross

Hensley?
@salukifan32 forgot about him. He would probably play more than ebube. Gotta be in shape for high scoring offenses
It's not as if Hensley had a lot of success at the 5 spot either . . .
(Inflammatory political snark)
I don’t believe we see that much of Hensley at the 5. His time will be mainly at the 4.

It’ll probably also depend on how effective Moreno and the freshmen bigs are.
I’m not sure the 5 spot will be a strength for the team but several other positions should be.

Completely agree. Unless the opponent is mini-me, Hensley has no business at the 5. He got eaten up playing against real 5s. He's a forward and can be effective there.
Also no thanks on Wonders - he didn't play much here, but I sure didn't care for the attitude I saw. 180 from Cade's attitude. Nice looking shot but no D.
Ebube is no more than a 20 minute a game guy with bad footwork and is not a very good rebounder for his size. Anybody that thinks he will get in "Avila" shape and give us 28-30 minutes a game is dreaming I think.
We do not have a true 5 that can start in my eyes. Both freshman are great young talents but have to ease their way into d1 ball, if not redshirt. Webber probably could give you 5-10 min a game and be fine but I don’t see much more than that. This offense is going to be super fast paced and I’m just scratching my head at the center situation. I hope I am wrong but I just don’t think we have what we need. I would not be totally against red shirting both freshman and getting another center out of the portal. Then having Moreno as the backup and Hensley as the small lineup 5. In regards to pg I would like to see us get one. With that being said I wouldn’t hate to see Dibba, Steffe, Kenard, and Sykes all starting. Great athletes! I’m more concerned with our center position, Nagy is suppose to be an expert with developing bigs. With what he has done so far I trust him 100 percent.
