His points were slightly down, but his rebounds were slightly up. He also had a lot more assists last year than his 1st juco year. Lastly, he shot some 3 pointers last year after not attempting any his 1st Juco year. The minutes per game arent' accurate, lots of junior college teams don't keep accurate minutes. Thing that stands out to me is, stats wise, he was actually quite a bit better his freshman year, over 10ppg and shot nearly 65%. Wonder if he was maybe hurt some last season or something. Not really sure what to think about this one as his numbers, at least, don't really provide a lot to get excited about. That being said, we all know that stats don't always reflect the true nature of the player.
Here something I found, it starts with defensive abilities, but then goes into his offensive moves. He is quick for a big guy but seems (with what LITTLE video I saw, to rely heavily on his right hand and going over his right shoulder in the post).
Team's leading rebounder. 48% FT shooter. Led the team in blocks. Looks like nobody on this team played many minutes per game.
The new guy is still relatively new to basketball. Could be some untapped potential.
Moreno is #48 in JUCOrecruiting's Top 100:

Agreed, especially with a head coach who emphasizes working with and developing big men.
I thought I saw something about Green Bay’s Coach leaving to take a new job. If that’s accurate, wondering if Ebube and/oe Wonders puts their names back in the portal.
UWGB has made the Gottlieb hire official.
I'd imagine the Moreno commit closes the door on Ebube anyways. They're pretty set at bigs.

Yeah I'd say we're all in on 1 or maybe even 2 point guards now

I'd say this likely seals the deal on Hornecker not returning as well. Unfortunate, I think he has lots of untapped potential, but it is what it is. Forward, not back.

@bleedfknmaroon25 I think you’re right on both counts. We never got a real opportunity to see what he could do. You do have to worry about his injury issues as he reminds me of the Greg Oden situation.
@freedawg I am going to be honest I will be surprised if Cade plays basketball again.
I still hope he plays here
