It's up to the players to announce their VERBAL commitment which they often do on social media. Officially, neither Pikaar or Stafford are Salukis.
The school will announce when all the paperwork is signed and it's official. Certainly, anything can happen until it's official.

Good stuff!!! We needed a scorer in the worst way. He is multi dimensional and can score in a lot of different ways including getting his own shot. He also had a ton of steals at Valpo. He shot poorly from 3 for Valpo but I think that had a lot to do with him being their only true scoring threat and having to jack up desperation shots at the end of the shot clock. He shot 45% from 3 at Logan!Stafford is committed
Landed 2 former Logan players in one cycle, maybe the tide is turning there (although 1 has a family connection and the other is a few years removed)
I think you can pretty much pencil in 3 starters for SIU at this point. 1/PG - House, 2/SG Stafford, 3/SF Steffe.
Really excited about House + Stafford + Steffe as a backcourt nucleus. Pretty solid, IMO.
