I had never seen this list before. Quite interesting....

Both players have a lot of incentive to be back next year. Domask probably breaks the all-time scoring record if he’s back.

Now, remember that isn't the school record. Chico Vaughn score over 2,000 points back in the day when they played in Davies before the Arena was built.
Yeah, and did it in three seasons because back then freshmen weren't allowed to play. Both players have a lot of incentive to be back next year. Domask probably breaks the all-time scoring record if he’s back.

“Probably” was a bit of a stretch but Domask was only 668 points away before last game. He’d need a really good and healthy season next year.
He would get it if he stayed healthy and averaged around 16ppg. There are at least 11 games left this year and a minimum of 32 games next year. Minimum total 43 games. 43x16=688. He only needs 651 after scoring 17 last night. Both players have a lot of incentive to be back next year. Domask probably breaks the all-time scoring record if he’s back.

But not all of those games will be played at the Banterra Center...so, it would be a stretch, especially if Jones comes back also.He would get it if he stayed healthy and averaged around 16ppg. @quatroschallengesaluki Vaughn played 4 seasons, 85 games. Glenn played 4 seasons, 104 games. Frazier, Starrick, and Meriweather came along at the time freshmen were ineligible and could only play 3.
If I'm not mistaken, Frazier only played 2 years - 64-65 and 66-67. He sat out 65-66 and went pro after the 66-67 year
Thanks Mike, i guess i just assumed it was only 3 seasons because it was only 85 games, guess they just played a lot fewer games back then, or maybe he was hurt and missed some time? Thats 3 seasons worth now days. Thanks for the correction though.@quatroschallengesaluki Vaughn played 4 seasons, 85 games. Glenn played 4 seasons, 104 games. I believe it was 1961 Charley Vaughn only played 2nd half of the season. Scholastic problems. Playing in first game back coach held him out in the first half but he scored 29 points in second half. the game was over Christmas break and was played at the Harrisburg High School (Davenport) gym. You can look it up. lol
It would be interesting to see the breakout of the pre-and post three-point line.
