Is there a seating chart out yet? Or do we need to wait until they decide how many tickets to allocate to each school?

I don’t think a seating chart will be out before February 1.

I believe that one of the reasons hotels are booking quickly this particular weekend, is due to the first ever professional soccer game for the new St. Louis team. So there will be quite a number of folks in the general area, and should make for a very exciting environment.

Was listening to the March to the Arch podcast and Vance said that there was a huge Home & Garden convention that week at the Dome

as an accounting dude for big hotels and superhost on airbnbs i dont understand why folks dont just book a decent home in the city? there are so many good options around forest park and soulard, im just curious why people are still looking at hotels these days? even downtown there are places in the same vicinity that can give you a great deal for 5 or 6 hundo for 3 nights and lots of good reviews
Looking over on the mvcfans site, it looks like a lot of schools have already sold their allotment of tickets for Arch Madness and are asking for more. Might be a pretty good crowd this year. They might even have to open up the upper deck in a few sections.

Once you add in ALL the incidentals (security, cleaning, taxes ,etc fees), it's typically significantly cheaper to stay at a modest hotel.
yeah the taxes are really high in missouri for the stay for sure. i still paid 400 everything included for a 2 bedroom in soulard for 3 nights that has a grill and balcony as well as a lot of good reviews. it would be 624 to stay at the hotel indigo for the same duration which is where i stayed last year, with an ihg discount or something like that i could see them pricing out closer. im looking forward to trying the chavas mexican restaurant thereas an accounting dude for big hotels and superhost on airbnbs i dont understand why folks dont just book a decent home in the city? there are so many good options around forest park and soulard, im just curious why people are still looking at hotels these days? even downtown there are places in the same vicinity that can give you a great deal for 5 or 6 hundo for 3 nights and lots of good reviews

We booked a 2 room suite from Friday to Sunday at Drury-Fairview Heights and they ended up sending me a promo to extend my stay for $78. Overall, now we’ve got Thursday - Sunday for $500 for the suite. Just gonna drive into STL every day. Could be cheaper if you just want a regular room.
If you were on the fence…now is the time to pounce. Just FYI they are having Issues with Ticketmaster so no one can buy at the moment.

We’re snatching this up. Gonna save my group $700+ or so.
