I will be absolutely shocked if Marcus Domask comes back for a 5th year of this.

I doubt Lance is back either.

If true, we might struggle to win 10 games next season.

Could be a whole lot of 49-45 slugfests, as nobody will be able to score on either end.  Lockdown D, combined with junior high-level offense.

There’s enough bottom feeders left that I think SIU would win more than 10. Beyond that it would be ugly.

Bad Jones came this weekend.  Can’t win with him.

Not the only one. XJ is 1 - 6, Newton is 0 - 3, Domask 1 - 4.

Jones is 40% from three - I'll take that, but as usual he takes some very ill-advised shots. Leading scorer at half with 8.

When SIU hired Mullins, I expected more of what Loyola did on offense than what Lowery did.  Loyola combined good defense with competent offense

I thought we could make a run this year knowing the MVC sucked so bad across the board.

Does anyone think we were the third best team this year?  I don’t.

Supporter of the Fab 4: Scottie Ebube, Foster Wonders, AJ Ferguson & Cade Hornecker.

They’re the ones that can get us where we haven’t been in 15 years.

I'd complain that Drake moves on every screen but it doesn't matter, we're shooting like crap.

Saluki Insider? I barely know her!

Now or never, going to have to try some new and uncomfortable lineups BM if you want to get back in this, how about Rupert and Ebube down low with Marcus as a point forward and Wonders and Brown on the wings?

I think the best teams are in order Drake, Gargoyles, Indiana St, SIU, Belmont, pile of turds!

@siu-grad-87 SIU was 5th in NET and KenPom.  Indiana State would have blasted us last night.

Indiana St would have beaten us by25 today - Scherz is a darn good coach and Avila is a heck of a freshman!

At least the baseball team swept a double header from the Bubcats today!

Halftime adjustments.... make 80 percent of your shots, and hold the other team to under 30 percent.  Easy, peasy.

I wonder if we have ever been hammered by the same school twice in one day.

'Cause it sure looks we're headed that way today.

@thunnellvision The kid is 6'7 and can score at all 3 levels. Has NBA range. I'd bet money he finds a spot on a roster
