When we were up by 6 late in regulation, I really expected to win. Just couldn't hit some big shots. Tough loss for the Dawgs, but I sure respect the way they played their rears off after the 1st half.
Great game for XJ to finish his college career. I imagine he'll play in Europe if he wants to.
Bradley will beat the crap out of UIC I expect.

The key to this game was X intentionally fouling for no reason in regulation to get his 4th foul. I'd be interested in what happened there because that was the game.

UIC appears to have enough talent to win more games than they did. I watched the Drake game and thought they outplayed Drake and only lost because of some critical non-calls late in the game.
That was a really tough game to watch. Free throws to close it out with your two best FT shooters and they go 1-3…I’m sure those guys are gutted. Still had opportunities to close it out in OT and couldn’t get a stop.

Well boys, we can still watch Marcus and Lance and hear "SIU" from time to time. That is about as close as we are gonna get in the Dance. I feel sorry for Bryan, and I hate to say it, but maybe he just doesn't have it to be a head coach. I for sure thought at the end of his 5th year we would be doing better than this. He needs to take a good couple of weeks off but I don't think the guy knows how to relax.

There has to be more to this, because Ebube's been a spark on quite a few occasions during the season. UIC drove the paint at will and we have short Brown trying to control the paint instead of a beast that could have filled the paint and flattened some of those guys. No one else was playing defense so what's to lose?
