Bradley wins the SoCal Challenge with a 63-59 win over UTEP and move to 5-0
Bradley's non-conf schedule still has some tough games in Vermont, Akron (road) and Duquense (nuetral). Those along with 2 valley games (at Murray and Indiana St at home) make their upcoming schedule no piece of cake.
SIU shooting percentages so far. Three pt. shooting much improved. Hope we can keep that up.

UNI and Texas Tech tied at 70 on ESPN2 with 24.5 left
And Texas Tech hits the game winner with .8 left, UNI to 1-4

They likely aren't as bad as their record, but can you imagine being 1-4 right now. I blame their coaches and the schedule they set. After last year, you would think they would get a couple easier games to start the season but instead are now 1-4 and it's not getting any easier. They'll be lucky to win 4 games in the non-conference. Like winning, losing is contagious and it will be hard for this team to turn their season around. It's a shame as I had high hopes for them this year.
increased shooting percentages are a direct result of better ball movement and confidence in your ability because your aren't letting 2 guys dominate the ball just my opinionSIU shooting percentages so far. Three pt. shooting much improved. Hope we can keep that up.

And not hold on the ball until the waning seconds of the shot clock. Oh, and also jack up NBA range 3's without consequences.
Belmont gives up 51 at the half to Monmouth, their defense is a dumpster fire
Evansvile rallies from almost 20 down in the 2nd half and beats Chattanooga in OT.
Edit: Not over yet
Indiana State knocks off Toledo and it looks like Evansville is going to win at 4-0 Chattanooga in OT. Aces are 5-0.
I would move Evansville and UIC ahead of Belmont, Valpo and Illinois State.
UIC is up 27 on #134 KenPom ranked Middle Tennessee. MTSU was picked tied for 1st in the CUSA Preseason Poll
Northern Iowa up 23 on Stanford in the 2nd half
Stanford win pushes UNI back into the KenPom top 100 which gives the MVC 5 top 100 teams. SIU is at 110 and UIC is at 127. All in all, a really good non-conference season for the Valley so far.

And some good opportunities still remain
