Just in case anyone didn't think the ncaa decided to screw mid majors with the relatively new NET rating system here are some interesting nuggets. SIU's current RPI is #73 and our current NET is #108. Pretty much all valley team RPI rankings are much higher than their NET rankings! It's quite obvious NCAA changed the criteria to make it easier to justify not giving mid major teams at large bids.

Very interesting game with Drake coming off consecutive double-OT games and then a fairly quick turnaround road trip down to Murray, which is a tough spot to play, and then the Racers will be circling the wagons after getting destroyed over the weekend by Indiana State.
Probably one of the better opportunities to saddle Drake with another L so the Murray-loathing faction on this board might have to hold their nose for this one and cheer on those Racers. 😮
I kind of don't want the Racers to upset them...that would make for an angry and desperate Drake over the weekend.
