Think Belmont is the important team if you want to avoid Thursday.  Won’t get much help today probably but their schedule gets tougher.

It would just be the loser of Indiana State and Belmont probably... If we just win 2/3 though we are good regardless.

I have this weird feeling that we might get some help today in the form of Missouri State.

I believe we will take care of Bradley on Sunday need some help with Drake

I wish I had your confidence.  Bradley is the better team and if Jones continues to struggle shooting as he has the last 4-5+ games, it will be very difficult to beat this team.   I think IF they do win, however, they will quite possibly win the remaining 2 games and finish the season on a little bit of a run.  Here's hoping.

Bradley is the much better team but I think a good crowd can carry SIU to a victory.  Bradley isn’t an amazing road team too.

Bradley's own fans acknowledge over on the MVC board that their guardplay is fairly lukewarm. SIU should have an advantage there but obviously Jones' shooting has been dreadful and X can be up and down. If SIU is going to beat them this weekend and/or in St. Louis, need those guys to lead the way.

Bradley has the perfect guy in Leons to shut down Domask too.  Guard play is so important because you’re very likely going to get below-average scoring from Domask.  Deen is a nice guard but you’ve got to score on him.

@salukiworld I think Domask will have a big game.  He has been frustrated by the double teaming and sometimes triple teaming, but he will find a way.

A good, upperclassmen-leaden team wins these next three games. If SIU can pull it off, it would FINALLY be a sign this team is maturing and focused at the right time. If, and only if they can do it, I'll buy into us having a realistic shot to win Arch Madness.

It starts with this mega showdown against Bradley. Make a statement!

@bleedfknmaroon25 Keep in mind that at the Arch, there is no telling who we get. This thing could be wild in the sense of not having  to play Drake or Bradley going through. I have no freaking idea who gets through Friday and Saturday.

@salukiworld simple suggestion from me...put Ebube in and feed him the ball while they're focused on Domask. They'll either get clobbered by our true big man, or they'll figure out he's a threat and back off of Domask. Either way, that's a plus for us.

NJ Benson has 10 rebounds for Missouri State.

Not getting any help though.  The good teams are beating the bad teams whether it's at home or on the road.  The good teams in the Valley are playing good basketball now.

The top teams in this league seem to beat up on the bottom 3 by large amounts.
