@salukiworld As much as I hope they are wrong on the Dawgs, I think they have missed on Indiana State. At +800, that would be a bet I might make.

Not so sure about that. His best player was McCauley from Lincoln Memorial. I don't exactly consider that a recruit. Avila was a great pickup.
One thing I noticed with the TV games announcement earlier this week, was that all of the games that used to be exclusively available through Bally Sports/NBC Sports Chicago are now going to be available through ESPN+, as well. That's good for those of us who don't want to spend even more money on having an RSN to watch a handful of games.
You gotta believe that the Valley put that in the contract because no one knows what's going to happen with the future of RSN's and the fact that Bally's/Diamond Sports is up to their eyeballs in bankruptcy court.

Indiana State lost a lot this offseason just like SIU but the difference between them and SIU this season will be how they played the portal and how SIU played the portal.
We'll have to see how someone like Conwell does in the MVC compared to Trey Miller. Conwell played well for a below average USF team as a true freshman. Miller had better stats as a true freshman than Conwell at a below average UIW team that played weaker competition overall. I think Miller has a chance to be as good or better than Conwell. I am pretty high on Miller and think he will have a big impact this year. I wouldn't be surprised to see him to start at the 2 for us and play some at the point too. I also think Hensley and Ferguson will have fairly significant roles on this team, which will add some much needed athleticism that we haven't had in the past.https://twitter.com/Rick_Sports10/status/1713644600164860247
