I hope Muila and Filewich have some offensive game outside the pant. Not so much for the offense, but to draw the opposing big man out of the lane. That will help open the paint up for all the capable slashers on this team. I believe proven downhill scorers on this team are Jones, Harvey, Domask, D'Avanzo, and Verplancken. I expect Banks and Butler to score in this category as Freshmen too.
Evansville's best returning player just opted out for the season
The Redbird's best player, Keith Fisher, just opted of the season because of COVID-19:

While I can understand the sentiment, rooting for MVC teams to lose in pre-conference play is basically rooting for our conference ranking to suck.
In other words, if you ever wondered how we only get 1 MVC team to go to the tourney, this is how.

DeVries continues to impress as one of the league's top coaches. Drake looked really good. Really makes you wonder how formidable they'd be this year if Robbins hadn't bolted.
Drake beats Kansas State 80-70. Garrett Sturtz with 15 and 10 off the bench for the Bulldogs
Ohio State beats Illinois State 94-67. Redbirds got a bunch out of their starters (Reeves with 17, Strong with 15, Horn with 10) but 20 points out of their bench. Reeves was a former SIU target under Hinson and he looked pretty good.
Bradley down 28-20 to Toledo at the half. Hopefully the Braves get Childs going in the 2nd half.

I’m a Buckeye fan, and certainly not a Turds fan.
And no, a team not making the NCAA tourney is not because of me rooting for a Saluki rival to lose. It’s actually simply that they can’t beat the team they scheduled to play in non-con.
I rooted for Drake to win today, does that make you happy?! I generally will root for MVC teams unless they are playing teams I root for.
