While I realize that I am utterly biased, despite the mediocre winning percentage, it seems almost laughable that Mullins would show up as the 244th rated coach in this article.

A lot of this is based on past success over potential success.  Mullins has been a .500 coach so far in only 2 years so really hard to rank him higher.

I’m sure that back in the day CLo finished well up the ladder in this or similar polls. I rest my case.

Oh 100% C-Lo would have been in the top 150 or even higher given his resume even during his last 2 seasons.  There's no way anyone is watching all 357 D1 coaches.  You're basically just going on resume and past performance.
