I didn't mean about being wrong, I meant more about what you'd say about the hiring? it would be pretty evident we were pretty far down our list of candidates, right?

And so is that we had our top candidates on campus. So it is not bitching, we are being rejected and moving down our list quickly. There is a great chance now that we SETTLE on this coach. That is really really bad, and if you could ask the leadership they would say the same. I bet there is a lot of regret going on right now, that is a guess.

And I think it is fair to say that the longer this plays out, the more questionable it becomes with how they handled Mullins. At least, I think that's the perception among a large base of the fans.

Apologies for being exhausting... The writing has just been on the wall. I think it may become evident that a lot of things were being masked by the head coach. Mike Reis even made some comments on twitter initially after the firing that eluded to that. We will see, but I think the firing of Mullins was the start of a slippery slope.

The issue is Mullins was not performing. The team was mediocre. It was completely uncompetitive against decent teams. Recruiting and working the portal were both well below average.
