If we are waiting to hire a coach until his season ends, and Johnson can be ruled out, that would point to either Spradlin, McCollum (if he isn't locked in at Missouri State) or a "Mystery Date." I don't want to think about the possibility that Monson is in the mix.
I want Spradlin more than I've ever wanted anyone in my life. Man or woman.
And if, for godssake, they beat the Whinin' Illini, I'll probably not come into work Friday.

2 different people told him Spradlin to SIU is basically done. Just play it cool the next few days and let it play out and we should have a new coach soon
