So obviously by my username I am a Sycamore fan. With the job I have I don't get to go to a lot of basketball games anymore. I see you guys play at 1 and SEMO plays at 4 so I am considering doing a double header that day.
I have never been to SIU for a basketball game before. Is parking easy? I don't mind walking if there is free parking available. I have heard that your crowds have been big this year. If I wait until game day will I be out of luck or should I will call my ticket? My only seating preference is that I am somewhere between the baskets. I do not like to sit on the ends behind the basket. I would rather sit on the top row on the sides than the first row on the ends.

If you want tickets between the baskets, get them now. Plenty of free parking south of the Banterra Center. Be advised, the closer circle lot, and some others are for season ticket holders.

I’d call 1-877-SALUKIS and have them keep a ticket(s) at will call if you want seating down the sides instead of baselines. Google a seating chart of the Banterra Center and see where you want to sit. Section 100’s are $22.50 (I always look for 100’s) and 200’s maybe $15??
- Just a little compass for you - Section 101 (team benches side) is East (Route 51 and main entrance side), while Section 109 is West.
- Parking is free in the lot South of Banterra Center. When you turn in off Route 51, you will see security directing you to pull in left (free) vs those with a paid parking pass get to swing to the right and park closer to the Banterra Center. Most vehicles will go the left, just follow the traffic.

Thanks for all the responses. I decided to go ahead and buy my ticket. Got 7th row from the court about even with the top of the 3 point line. Can't wait til this weekend! I will have to show up early so I don't have to wait forever in the will call line. Hopefully it doesn't go to OT so I am not late for the SEMO game.
Hope we put on a good show for you and that you enjoy! You should come back to Carbondale for another game sometime around dinner and treat yourself to Quatro's Pizza. Swear to GOD there is nothing else like it anywhere this side of the Moon.
I will have to remember that when I come down again in May for the MVC Baseball tournament. I take days off work for Arch Madness and the baseball tourney.
Earlier this season I went to the UNI/ILST and DU/BU games that went on the same day and they were both great games. Hopefully this trip will have a couple of good ones too.
