I’ll have to admit, “the coach needs time to build his team” is becoming stale. Why does it seem SIU is the only school that must do a complete reset when hiring a new head coach. I’m not saying we should expect to win the Valley after the first year….but I expect to be more than a lousy bottom feeder. Half the valley got new coaches this year, and all are positioned better than us for the future. With seeing what we have so far, can anybody honestly say they feel confident about future success? If so, can you explain why you feel this way?

This is the worst SIU team since Lowery. Even the first 2 Hinson years weren't this bad
