I agree! Gooch struggled to find a role on the SIU basketball team. Last season he was asked to play the low post and made the best of it. He was actually the second most productive low post player we had on the roster, even though he was playing out of position. I wish Gooch well in his final year, wherever he lands.
Coach Mullins you absolutely have to find a couple of quality low post players for next season....or it's a wash.
