If they only lost by 10 to Richmond then I suppose anything is possible today.
It will be an ugly game with tired legs both ways but Southern will avoid the 0-3 trip and limp back home with a win (literally and figuratively). Just hope they get out of there with no more injuries on the slippery, mop-tastic hockey floor.

We missed a bunch of close shots that rolled off the rim, just like early in the La Tech game. We were moving the ball really well and got great looks, just can't convert. We played good defense for the first 17 minutes, but let their best player get loose late in the half. Brown is pretty sneaky, quick and can shoot. Sharp just got injured thanks to the icy floor. He slipped fighting through a screen and slid hard into their post players knee. guessing a deep thigh bruise. Hopefully nothing more.

Nice 8-0 run triggered by better SIU defense. Sykes is rebounding really well. I think he is our best rebounder whenever in the game. He can also lead the fast break well a times.
