It was a great interview, but who are these two visitors he spoke about and is Kennedy the one who is making his decision soon??? 🙂
Kennedy was the visit. I already posted the other target ( has not visited) however I was told I was dreaming
If you are hinting that Jaylon Tyson is visiting soon I might have a high speed come apart. I mean it would be a monumental effort to get him to commit, hell it feels like a monumental effort to get him on campus!
Edit: I saw you said not visited, but the question was around upcoming visits. Also, the schools that are in on him...man that would be a tough sell.
I was not talking about him but now my interest is peaking for sure
I was talking about the kid from NMSU
Name?

who the hell from the Big 10 doesn’t go to the tournament? And how many games did they win? I seem to remember a MVC team knocking them off. Quit knocking Mullins.SIU offered Domask plenty of money too, he didn't leave strictly over that. He wants to play at the next level and he wants to win.
AAAAAAAHhhhhhhhh then why did he go to Illinois?
Illinois has been in the Tournament 3 years in a row and it would be 4 if 2020 didn’t get canceled

Who's knocking Mullins?
Exactly! Almost everyone in the league gets in whether they deserve it or not. Almost every one of them gets mowed down during the first weekend.who the hell from the Big 10 doesn’t go to the tournament? And how many games did they win? Wicked good story on Jerrance Howard by The Bobber.
Love it and I'm now more stoked for the next season than I have been since Bryan was first announced as the Head Coach. (I think this piece by The Bobber and one he wrote just after Bryan was hired are my two favorite stories about SIU men's basketball.)
Go Dawgs!

They’re the ones that can get us where we haven’t been in 15 years.
Bingo! It was all about allowing BIG MONEY schools to legally poach top talent from mid-majors. Just kinda blew up in their face a bit. With enough administrators and coaches from BIG MONEY schools bitching about the rule they wanted it will change….it’ll just be a new variation to allow them to legally cheat! They’ll screw the holistic college basketball landscape so they can make more money.@siu-grad-87 I think it's just a new way of cheating.
They're not allowed to make monetary offers to players prior to them signing. Does anyone really believe this is what is happening. Even the ones that didn't cheat before are cheating now.Bingo! Legalized cheating it never happens at any level

Coach Howard Mic'd up.
Now that the spring class is set, it’s apparent any major impact Howard has won’t come right away. Of the spring signees, there’s no one Southern got that you would have thought was unattainable from this staff before Howard.
To clarify, I’m not saying Howard didn’t help get some of these guys, OR that he won’t be able to reel in some higher-profile signings going forward, just that there wasn’t an immediate, flashy signing like some might have anticipated.
Still excited about what he can hopefully bring to the table in Carbondale.
