Any word on his return? Hope he comes back before the Illinois State series so we can be at full strength going into the Loyola series and the tournament.

I don't know if/when he'll be back this season, but the structure of the schedule this year (back-to-backs) is probably not helpful for someone returning from a foot issue (likely stress fracture?)
I wonder if they'd consider playing him in just one of two weekend games or at least have a significant minutes limit on him to try to ease him back in.
The most important thing is that this doesn't become a chronic/long-term impediment.
He was using some kind of 2 wheeled skooter at the bradley game so it doesn't look good.

He's had that device for a few weeks now. Agree.
March on triumphantly!
Whenever the docs say he is ready, he will then need to rehab and get back into playing shape. I just hope for his sake that it is not a continuing problem for him.
As much as I'd like to get him back, I'd rather see him sit out this write-off of a season.
Anything--good or bad--that happens this season is going to have a big, fat asterisk next to it. And yes, I WOULD stick to that even if somehow we wound up winning the MVC Tourney and went deep into the NCAAs.
I would rather Domask sit out the rest of the season and lose every one of our remaining games than see him come back too early and risk a long-term problem. I'm going to guess Mullins is sensitive to that, for obvious reasons.
(Inflammatory political snark)
I wonder if he could get a medical redshirt at this point.

He doesn't need one, as this year does not count toward anyone's eligibility. Everyone in D1 hoops gets an extra year of eligibility.
I would certainly rather see him take all the time he needs to be 100% with no doubt of potential re-occurrence. I don't know what the injury was/is but better to err on the side of caution for him. He still will have three years of eligibility left and since we aren't really going anywhere this year it doesn't hurt for everyone else on the team to get the feel of playing without him and learning.
Encouraging news, but if he does come back, I would only expect him to play 1 of the 2 games.

I would sit him out the rest of the season. Foot injuries can be career ending, just ask Bill Walton.
You won't get an argument from me on that. This team isn't going anywhere so getting an extra win or 2 with Domask in the lineup really doesn't matter.

Could I just not ask Bill Walton so I don't have to listen to him drone on and on? 🤣
