Looks like this is going to be mostly a students crowd
Yep, it's looking pretty sparse there. Hearty applause to everyone who braved the elements to be there tonight.
Decent start so far... is the Dawgs could hit a few more of these open threes here, they'd be up by a good 6-8 points already.
Dawgs up 7-6 at the first media timeout.
I know it's early, but i like the way they are playing D, specifically against Prim
Domask scored on that earlier possession but Banks missed a wide open Muila (who would have dunked) and then Brown dribbled down low and was wide open but rarely looks for his shot when driving the basket as he passes first. ugh
@insaluki Is the game on Dish? ESPN is blacked out and Dish doesn't carry MVC anymore
Fillawich always seems to have good post moves and a soft touch.
Why doesn’t he play a lot more minutes and become a much bigger emphasis on offense???
Are his defensive and rebounding abilities not good or something…..
Not much to complain about so far. Just need to hang in this one. Offense has been good so far.

Stupid a s s Bally sports
Dawgs doing their best to hang with the Bears - just keep this game close as long as possible, and ya never know.
Bears 20-19 at the 8 min TO.

Sorry my friend, I am not sure.
Filewich is beginning to look like the Filewich from last year lately

Filewich is a GREAT kid. He has the best post moves on this team, but lacks the athleticism to match up with more athletic bigs, like Prim. He also rarely grabs offensive rebounds. There are games, however, where Mullins can use his skill set. But it looks like you're getting your wish as he is playing quite a few minutes so far in this one.
SIU has to finish this half strong and can't go to halftime down 10+ like the Northern Iowa and Drake games because that's probably too big of a hole to dig out of.
27-21 Bears, under 4 TO. It's nice seeing the Salukis work at getting into the paint for their shots, but at some point they're gonna need to hit a few threes here to stay in this, as they're just 1-6 from the arc so far.
Does anyone in the league have a higher arc on their shots than Prim does? That thing's nearly hitting the Arena ceiling.
Wow. I'm not sure I've ever seen a men's game that barren attendance wise.
Well - maybe in the 80's.

Another frustrating scoring drought and missing a lot of uncontested jumpers. Luckily Missouri State hasn't been pulling away yet.
