If you'd told me before conference play started that with 6 games to go we'd have damn near a 0% probability of playing on Thursday, I'd have laughed in your face. Hard. What an amazing accomplishment by this group thus far.

I'd give us a 35% of winning the conference (does beating UNI twice give us a tiebreaker), 35 to 60% chance of 2nd (up to 70% if UE starts winning), and 60% chance of winning the conference tourney at this pace.

The Aces' stay in the Valley basement could extend well beyond this season.
Loyola/UNI in OT on ESPN2. AJ Green hit a 3 to tie it with a few seconds left
Redbirds coughed up a big lead and lost at home to Valpo. Muller is very lucky he has a bloated contract or he’d be toast.
Nice win for Loyola. Southern may well be headed for the 4-5 game in St. Louis.
This is what KenPom is projecting with Drake/Evansville and Missouri St/Indiana St tomorrow
Drake beats Evansville, Missouri State beats Indiana State on the road
1. Northern Iowa 11-3
2. Loyola 10-4
3. Bradley 9-5
3. Southern Illinois 9-5
5. Indiana State 7-7
5. Valparaiso 7-7
5. Missouri State 7-7
5. Drake 7-7
9. Illinois State 3-11
10. Evansville 0-14

Will be interesting to see who emerges from the 7-7 dogpile to avoid Thursday in STL.
Probably means Southern will see a hot team if the Salukis end up in the 4-5 game.
Mo State has figured it out. Might be the most dangerous team in STL

Them and Bradley.
We play our normal game, we're better than Bradley at home IMO. An awful first half dooms your comeback, especially if you don't have much depth. We've been playing McGill and Domask 38 - 40 minutes. That wears you out eventually.
MoSt shot the lights out from three at InSU, especially West. InSU made more than one foul of 3pt shooters - really stupid! West had a 4 pt play. Poor D by the Sycs, but MoSt is big and talented.
West looked all-MVC in that game. 6 - 11 from three, 9 - 9 FTs, a bunch or rbs, several steals, and several slam dunks! Hope he returns to his sleepy nonfactor comfort zone! MoSt at Bradley coming up - should be interesting!
One thing for sure, that MoSt grizzly-bear-played-chicken-with-a-locomotive-and-lost logo is one of the most awfullest worstest logos in the league - up there with the Bradley Gargoyle Badge, UE, and Valpoline!
West MVC Newcomer of the week
Freeman Liberty MVC player of the week. Don't know if anybody saw him against the Turds of Red, but he is a very talented player - fun to watch. Only a sophomore too. I hope he gets tired of playing in a high school gym and transfers to DePaul or something!

This is the truth. Missouri State, in general, has a really poor graphic design / social media presence, especially with their football program. SIU's is leaps and bounds better. Shout out to those folks at SIU who work in this area. They are fantastic.
