Bradley goes to 0-2
Two games in, and it's pretty clear that Loyola is the favorite to repeat as MVC champions.
Unless Southern or one of the ISUs pick up their play a lot, quickly, the race could be another runaway.

Yeah I watched the game today; they were poised even when they were down almost 15, and then cruised and never looked back.
5 out of 9 league games have been double-digit wins. Five is greater than zero. Hucky missed the mark. Again.
Craving a McBride Special!
Yeah, I think Loyola looks far and away the best team... but they caught Drake after losing their best player. In pretty classic form for a team going through that, Drake came out looking to step up and show they could do it without him, laser focus. Of course, everyone knows what happens after that initial burst, you regress back to your mean and their mean without Norton is not very good. Will be very interested to see how this week goes for Loyola, if they win in the same fashion @evansville and against ILL St. I will really doubt anyone can top them. Their non-con sure looks like they are up and down though, so we will see.
Remember Deion Lavender? He came of the bench last night for Valpo with 10 reb, 5 assists and 7 points, playing 32 minutes.

how many turnovers and fouls?

lol No turnovers and 1 foul.
Lavender played a very good game. He was all over the glass and made some great passes. He will give us fits.
Composite MVC men's basketball rankings:
Can you believe it? The huckster overquoted the attendance at the UK game. The clown said there was 23,000 at the UK game. Wrong! According to UK the attendance was 20,277. The idiot over-stated the figure by ~15%.
And it is my understanding that the actual crowd was more on the order of 17K - 18K when we played in Lexington. Like SIU UK apparently published the tickets sold number as their attendance.
Go Dawgs!
Bears up 9 on the Trees at halftime.
E'ville laying the wood to Loyola.

Fazekas from Valpo is on crutches and in a boot. That could be a disaster for them if it is serious. He's their leading scorer.
