Just saw that Illinois' Brandin Podziemski 6'6" G has entered the portal. Anybody know why? Our coaches are already on him. He's a former Mr. Wisconsin Basketball. I'm guessing he knows Domask & Banks quite well. 😉
Didn't get much playing time at Illinois. I'm guessing he ends up at a Marquette or Butler.

This would be our scorer if we could somehow land him, this guy is going to be a stud. Just way too much guard depth at UofI last season for him to break into the lineup much, but I think he would be a stud in the valley immediately. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Sekou Dembele has transfered to Dll Fort Lewis College in Colorado. I think he will do well there if healthy. Best of luck to Sekou, he represented SIU well.

It would be nice to see the schools that actually have fans to be the better schools in this conference. SIU, Illinois State, Murray, and maybe a few others.
