As things stand right now, I honestly would not be surprised to see SIU picked preseason #2 or #3.
It has been a brutal portal season.
SIU should be rewarded and praised for player retention but I’d really like SIU to get better on their own and compete in a tough Valley as opposed to the league falling apart around them. But SIU has the opportunity now to build some momentum going forward and they’ve got to take that leap

I really think if we get that athletic PF transfer that we need we can compete for the top of the mvc next year. Things will really look good if D'Amico continues to improve and Ebube and Wonders can contribute meaningful minutes.

I like Lance, but his game has some weak spots - most of us know what those are. To turn your question around, if he and Domask were both playing at a really high/top 10 in the conference top level, and the team finished 6th, that raises some questions.
Hopefully having more of a natural PG on the roster will help set Lance up for a great senior year.

I assume he has one year of eligibility remaining? Not sure how that works. I know with any normal player the covid year doesn't count towards your 4 years, but the ivy league didn't play at all that year, so do they still get 5 years to play or is it still 4 and the covid year?
He probably just has one year and I am way overthinking this. lol

3rd in 3 pts made
6th in 3 pt percentage
while playing hurt 70% of the season. Also had 8 games of 20pts or more, including 31 at Redturd State. Definitely not top 15! LOL
