Very nice win. How many of the hurt players do we expect back this season?

45 pts from freshmen tonight.... the future looks pretty bright I think.
Jones really needs to stop driving wildly and throwing the ball up at the rim hoping it goes in. The Dawgs need to get the ball down low.
This may be over before half.
Seriously? He's one of the big reasons we won! That last little drive/shot with 20 secs left was huge!
If we shoot the ball well and play tough D, we can beat them. Go Dawgs!!!!
It's so good to be right!!!!! Wooo Hooooo!
Gotta hit the sheets gents and ladies, but allow me to say what a pleasure this game was to spend with you. You may get tired of me saying this, but I'm going to continue to remind everyone that next year this team is going to be VERY VERY GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Suggs and Jeremic were warming up prior to the game so I assume they'll be back in the near future
Folks I believe we have a real basketball coach!!! 😀 😀 😀
A.J. Green is good. Jesus.
He is so smooth.
I was listening to the game online and I didn't want to come here since I figured my stream would be delayed and I didn't want you guys to spoil it for me. What a great win!
We beat a good team. I hope we can learn how to drive and dish like UNI does. (And make free throws.)

Saluki basketball is going to be heard from under Mullins. Just was, in fact. Not a bad win for the preseason 10th place squad, playing shorthanded.

As a team, SIU is pretty damn good at free throws. Really was just Jones, I'm sure he'll get better
This was the most I’ve gotten into an SIU basketball game in about 10 years. I leapt from my couch on several occasions, buried my head in my hands on others...mainly because I believe in this team and I believe in this coach.
Thoughts:
1) Brown is being molded by Mullins to be his prototype defensive stopping guard. He was simply amazing in the first 30 minutes. Getting confidence with his shot, too?! Watch out
2) Lance Jones just playing power ball and having some simply magnificent drives, too. We have a BALLER
3) Benson has responded since his flubb-up game at Loyola. Much respect.
4) how big is it for the other guys to contribute, too? Even Gooch hitting that 3? Big.
Folks...I’m excited.

Hence forth this will be known as “the Trent Brown game.”
