This was brought up a few weeks ago in regard to Brown--for no apparent reason--not being listed among the leaders in 3 pt. percentage. It occurred to me that Johnson should probably also be among the leaders, so I checked: no TB, no XJ, even though they should both be somewhere in the top 15 or 20.
What gives?

Wouldn't you think this would fall on our SID/media communications person for this information oversight?

That's what I thought too.

To be ranked in 3pt field goal percentage, a player must meet two minimums:
- Play in 75% of the team’s total games
- Make a minimum of 2.5 made 3FG per game
Both Xavier (2.35) and Trent (2.24) are just outside the minimums.
Yeah I have been wondering the same and it has since led me to 2 thoughts. Firstly, maybe it is good for scouting on the off chance someone did not realize Trent Brown was consistently 5th in the nation. Secondly, why is Troy shooting 8 three pointers in a game (against Drake of all teams) when we have the 2nd leading scorer in the country and a top 5 3 pt percentage shooter in the country.
Thank you! Mystery solved!
