Don't think there's a coach in the country that's gotten less out of their talent than Penny Hardaway. Consistent top recruits and nothing to show for it except an NIT banner.

Yeah I’m sure some of these guys get hired on name recognition alone or if they were a great player.
He does get some great talent, must not be all that good of a coach.
