Listening to Mike and Greg...Dawgs getting a lot of praise, especially Jones. Sounds like we're hitting some shots today!

Can we keep it up?

I love the way D’Avanzo is playing.  It would be great if he brought this energy every game.

Yeah this is the best D'Avanzo has looked this year.

I think he looks really good playing with another big like Sekou or Filewich

Halftime

Jones the leading scorer with 11, D'Avanzo the leading rebounder with 7.  Love the response after yesterday.  Still 1 half to go though.

Well, if we don't win this one with a 13 point half-time lead ....

This is how we played when we were winning .. good D and great effort on both ends of the floor! Davanzo has been a disappointment since the pause IMO..sounds like he came to play today thankfully.

LJ with 5 assists already.

As bad as SIU was from the FT line yesterday, UNI is somehow even worse today.  Not sure I've seen a team go 1-8 from the free throw line.

Dembele not 100% yet, very impressive when he is in there.

3's are going down today for SIU.  10-22 from 3.  They look more like the early season Salukis tonight.

I'm not a fan of teams that live by the 3, BUT SIU (while hitting them) isn't really relying on them.  They are driving, or getting the ball down low, and making smart passes and then finding the open man.  Good basketball.  Jones is the POG so far as he's not only hitting 3's, but his passing has been crisp - he also has been playing really tough D.  He looks like a different player today.  Happy for him.

This is starting to get sickeningly alarming. Harvey REALLY struggling.

Big FT's by Filewich, who is doing his best to move up on my favorite player list.  Speaking of favorite player, is Harvey ill or did Mullins just decide that he cannot play D well enough to warrant playing time?
