I really hope this carries over to Oklahoma State, I mean at least half of this

Not that Ford needs defending, but let's not forget that SLU is without their best player.  Give them Sincere and take away XJ and I am beyond confident that SIU doesn't win in similar fashion.

That's correct, but also he made no adjustments for losing Parker. You'd think they'd try to slow the game down and limit possessions but they've sped it up

I saw SLU play the Redturds and my thought was - two really lousy teams.

SLU may never come back here. Good thing is we're getting the bad taste of the Terrible Haute beatdown out of our craw.

Now we know the new scoreboard works for 3 digits.

I noticed they finally got rid of the sock dog logo on the bottom of the scoreboard and replaced it with the new logo

Maybe I missed something because I’m not on here often anymore. But do they have something against Chris Cross? Winning by 40 most of the second half and he doesn’t get any minutes?

66% for the game and 62% from three  18 - 29

They outrebounded us but we had 16 steals!

Have we ever beaten SLU that bad? I doubt it.

Really jealous for those that live close enough to have been at the game.  If it was this fun to watch on TV, I can imagine how it was live.  As Salikiworld said, let's hope that this (both momentum and shooting) flow over into the next game against OK St.

Got to give the team and staff credit.  It would have been easy to have their heads down after the beat down in the last game.  Congrats and kudos to all of them.

On a negative note, as hard as its been to get SLU to play in Carbondale lately, this will not help that effort. haha

SLU was undefeated vs. the Valley last year. They have to win at Drake later in the week to keep from going winless vs. the Valley this year.

They already beat Illinois State earlier this year
