The Saluki Schedule is shaping up nicely. Should have best non conference sos if a couple of other things come through. Even if not it’s pretty damn good.
In the Justin Endsley interview with Luke, he mentions that we go to Austin Peay this year. So the schedule is looking like this:

I find it a little odd that none of the other teams in the Gulf Coast Showcase seem to be known, publicly at least. Seems like most other MTE fields are pretty well-known by now. Wonder if they’re having difficulty getting teams to fill it out.

Does anyone know when basketball season tickets payment will be due? Last year I paid the first installment aug 1 but I haven't heard anything about it yet.

I believe once the schedule has been completed and officially announced, season ticket holders will be contacted.

Seeing that the Salukis will be playing at Florida this fall, it would be great if they could make the bus ride over to Jacksonville and play D1 school North Florida. They play in the mid-major Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN).
It would make for a good road match up for SIU and there are a lot of Saluki fans in Florida. I see more and more of their merch walking around.
North Florida has 7 former players playing pro in Europe and China since they went to the NCAA in 2015 and the NIT in 2016 and have 4 ASUN regular season titles.

Speaking of the Gulf Coast Showcase ... we still only know SIU and Eastern Kentucky among the eight teams? It's been slow going getting info about that tournament ... I'm assuming given how few participants/little information has leaked that most or all of the rest of the field will be pretty low-profile programs.
If it is a low profile tournament maybe the Dawgs can win it carry some confidence into the season and also it has been a long time since the Dawgs won any kind ot title

@siudawgs Hearing that Richmond is also in the Gulf Coast Showcase. At this late date I wouldn't be surprised IF this turns into a round robin setup. SIU has one more game to schedule. Hopefully a home game. Home schedule looks pretty bad so far but the overall schedule is pretty challenging especially for a first-year coach.
