Murray missed the 2nd FT which would have put them up 4 with 12 seconds to go. They then foul (on purpose) being up 3 with 6.7 seconds to go
This team is really not that much better than last year. The Valley is just much worse and they pulled off a few wins they didn't last year.
Belmont missed a relative bunny at the literal last second and Murray St pulls out the upset. It just got even MORE crowded at the top.

Really poor finish. Game was there for the taking. Played good D most of the game, but gave up way too many offensive boards. Missed quite a few bunnies and free throws. Got outscored 17-6 after taking the lead with 6:20 left.
no rebounding and almost zero post play. Starting to think or coach can only coach guard play.
Good job recruiting them. Poor job playing them. If you are getting murdered on the glass then try something different.I like our guards but I really hope Mullins starts recruiting some guys with length in the future. Karrington Davis is a good start.

i thought the coaching was fantastic, especially that lineup in the first half that scored like 0 points in eight minutes after we took an early lead. bright notes, officiating was great. did not realize the game was sponsored by a traveling agency that also does not call you while they move your screens up their own bunghole. maybe if lance backed up a few feet we would have had 0 more points. salukis definitely did an awesome job of keeping the braves off the boards.im very optimistic and thrilled about our chances in march. overall i could not be more impressed as well as pleasantly surprised
Still upset about the loss at Normal. Could’ve rebounded today, BUT size mattered.
