SIU is shooting 33% and still has 3 players that have scored (and Ebube has 2 points)
Well, if Miller isn't playing in THIS game, that doesn't bode well for the remaining season. I had VERY high hopes for him and thought he would be able to defend, score and distribute. And while Stulic has been really good so far, it looks like this isn't a great matchup for him. This stafff REALLY needs to step up their recruiting, especially after bombing in the early signing period.
They took off that bullpoop goal tending call. Watson now praising that blind ref who made that call from half court.
Mullins getting a lesson from Schertz.
Meet the new Salukis, same as the old Salukis. We'll see if they can scrape out 50 points.
Will the New Mexico State victory go down as the coveted Umass victory from days gone by?
Looks like I picked the wrong week to jump back onto the site... yikes, is this game ugly.
IND St hitting 38% from 3, SIU hitting 9%. We had multiple really bad shooting nights last year as well.
Too many embarrassing performances to count them all; too many Salukis look scared to shoot the basketball, especially some of our “veterans”.
Too early in the season for Leonard to start drafting a list of potential coaching candidates?
There's a big difference in what happened in the portal. Schertz was able to get good players including Swope and Conwell and SIU added Stulic, McGee, Miller, and Hensley. Only Stulic is contributing to this team.
Absolutely Embarrassing! If you can’t score, you have to play tougher defense. This team desperately needs to learn how to box out and rebound, rebound, rebound!!!
ISU shooting 50% for the game, SIU 31%, many of which are Rupert.
Brown, Stulic, McGee 0 - 9.
